Privacy Policy
Zero Contact is a guided breakup recovery app. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: your personal content stays on your device, and we do not collect it.
1. No account, no personal data collected by us
Zero Contact has no sign up and no user accounts. We, the developer, do not collect, store, or have access to your name, email, location, contacts, or any content you create in the app.
2. Your content stays on your device
Everything you create in the app is stored locally on your device only. This includes your journal entries and unsent letters, your mood check ins, your daily progress, your use of the SOS tool, and any letter to your future self. This data is never transmitted to us and is never accessible to us. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
3. Purchases
Subscriptions and the one time Lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. To deliver and restore your purchase, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes purchase transactions and a randomly generated app user identifier. RevenueCat does not receive your journal or any personal content you write in the app. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy for how each handles payment data.
4. Notifications
If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push server and we do not send you remote messages. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in your device settings.
5. No tracking and no advertising
Zero Contact does not track you across other apps or websites, contains no advertising, and includes no third party analytics or advertising software. The app does not ask for tracking permission because it does not track you.
6. Children
Zero Contact is not directed to children. It is intended for users who are at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
7. Your choices
Because your data lives only on your device, you are in control of it. You can delete individual entries in the app, or remove all app data by deleting the app.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
